1. Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

United States Orders:

International Orders:

3. Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number (where available).
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has shipped.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Customers outside the USA are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Risk of Loss
All orders are shipped FOB Shipping Point (Free On Board).
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
